PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective inner-type safety cap preventing the head of a wearer from being caved in or broken to protect his (her) head from impact blow with a weapon such as a metal bat, a metal pipe, a claw bar or a lumber, and attached inside a fabric cap (hat) so as to be wearable by a police or a security guard during usual patrol without any sense of resistance. SOLUTION: The inner-type safety cap for protection is wearable inside a fabric cap (hat), protects the head of the wearer and includes fiber-reinforced composite material.
