The unit has an electronic component (6) arranged inside an electromagnetic screen (5) and held in thermal connection with the screen by a heat conducting body (7) applied to the component. The screen consists of a screen frame (2) extending to both sides of a circuit board and two screen covers, each enclosing the screen on one side; the heat conducting body is thermally connected to the screen frame.
