Ball screw spindle of the deflector type has a deflector window (6) shaped in circular configuration. The deflector window also corresponds with a circular cross-sectional configuration. The deflector element (5) is shaped integrally with a pair of arms (9) in opposing position of deflector element. The arms are constructed in the screwing grooves (3a) of the nut (3) to be operative and to position the deflector element relative to the nut.
