摘要 <p>The fuel for combustion machines of piston motors, turbines, burners for the drive of ships, vehicles and of airplanes, comprises a mixture of conventional fuel oil and partially degassed water. The degassing degree (99.9%) of the water is determined according to the requirements such as mixing expenditure, water portion, portion of other auxiliary agents for emulsion formation. A diesel fuel/heavy oil, gasoline (including jet fuel), vegetable oil and biodiesel are used as the conventional fuel portion. The fuel for combustion machines of piston motors, turbines, burners for the drive of ships, vehicles and of airplanes, comprises a mixture of conventional fuel oil and partially degassed water. The degassing degree (99.9%) of the water is determined according to the requirements such as mixing expenditure, water portion, portion of other auxiliary agents for emulsion formation. A diesel fuel/heavy oil, gasoline (including jet fuel), vegetable oil and biodiesel are used as the conventional fuel portion. The partial degassing degree of the water is optimized for the efficient intensive mixing in the fuel mixture, in regards to the water portion and the mixing expenditure. The degassing degree of the water is optimized in regards to a portion of chemical emulsifying agents such as surfactants, co-surfactants and alcohols by partial degassing of a decrease of the necessary portions of emulsifying agents. The optimization of the interaction between two or more components is carried out by degassing degrees, mixing expenditure, water portion and 0.05% portion of emulsifying agent. The mixing ratio is 6.5% of partly degassed water (if necessary including emulsifying agents), another integral fraction of 52% partly degassed water and 93.5% of the conventional fuel portion. Electrolytic characteristics of the used water, salt content and/or the effect of an external magnetic or electrical field are stably held at a mixing-, a supply- or a combustion device for the fuel. The value of the electrical conductivity of the used water in each case lies below a limit value. The salt content of the used water lies below the average value of tap water. The efficiency of an engine operated with the fuel is increased around 5% under a certain constant conditions in relation to the exclusive use of the conventional fuel component (without water). The soot output of an engine operated with the fuel is decreased around 90% under certain constant conditions, in relation to the exclusive use of the conventional fuel component (without water). The NOx output of an engine operated with the fuel is decreased around 50% under certain constant conditions, in relation to the exclusive use of the conventional fuel component (without water). The performance of the engine does not decrease under certain constant conditions, in relation to the exclusive use of the conventional fuel component (without water). An independent claim is included for a device for the production of fuel.</p>
