The component has a motor regulating valve (1) with an emergency regulating function for controlling a differential pressure-overflow controller (2). The valve is attached to a differential pressure sensor (3) for hot water sided regulating of drinking warm water temperature such that a circulation temperature outside the region of the increased legionella growth and heating a warm water circuit to 70 degrees for killing the legionella, are achieved by parallel switching of a solenoid valve (5) and a thermostat valve (4) under all loading conditions.
