<p>The large-area greenhouse is for use on open fields, having a supporting frame of curved spring profiled bars with support plates near their ends inserted in the ground, and over which sheet material is stretched. They are held in position in relation to each other by one or more tension ropes (15), which are wound round each of the bars (11). The sheet material can be held on the bars by guy-ropes close and parallel to them, and passed through wire loops fitting round the bar ends below the support plates (13). The lengthwise edges of the sheet can be secured to bars (14) running in the lengthwise direction.</p> |
