The sleeve (1) has two receiving cases (2, 5) for receiving a marker and a conductor, respectively. The receiving case (5) is limited by a circular plastic wall (10). The receiving case (5) has regions for receiving the conductor in the plastic wall, where the regions are reinforced in a section wise manner. The two receiving cases are connected with each other in a connection region (13) as a single piece and/or material coherence, where torque is developed in an area of overlapping of the cases.
