In a first version the device (1) has a slightly conical lower element (7) to be inserted into the bottle-neck. A rotating control element (4) and a disk (5) located below are provided with several holes (2) for the release of the fluid when positioned precisely above each other. Air is guided into the bottle through a longitudinally positioned duct (3). In other versions the device (1) is operated with a valve, or controlled by a sliding element.
