The part has four external sides (54a, 54b, 54c, 54d), which are arranged at right angle to one another and externally limit a profile part (50). Three external chambers (60a, 60b, 60c) that are opened laterally and arranged within regions limited by the external sides, are assigned to three of the four external sides. Circumferentially closed internal chambers (59a, 59b, 59c) are arranged between the external chambers, respectively, in a circumferential direction. The external and the internal chambers are provided with retaining ribs.
