A cereal sorting system, characterized by comprising an air force sorting process in which light-weight foreign matter is sorted and removed from raw cereal, a rough sorting process in which foreign matter having different gra in size is sorted and removed from the raw cereal, and a roll sorting process i n which foreign matter having different shapes is sorted and removed from the raw cereal passed through these both processes; a roll sorting device for cereal, characterized in that an endless belt is passed around a lower roll and an upper roll disposed diagonally above the lower roll, the lower and upper rolls are inclined in the same direction at a specified angle, the inclined angle of the lower roll is set smaller than that of the upper roll, a constant volume feeding device which feeds cereal material to a cereal material inlet at a specified rate is provided and/or a drive source for the endless belt is formed of a speed changing drive type.
