A multi corer is provided to collect a plurality of specimen at the same time for studying various methods and a specimen with well-preserved uppermost layer. A multi corer includes an operating unit(10) including a vertical cylinder(12) with a piston inside. The operating unit transfers a pressure of the piston to a bottom portion. A connecting frame(20) connects to a bottom of the operating unit and to a plurality of devices with a structure of prescribed shape. Top of a plurality of specimen collecting tube(30) is fixed inserting into a fixing member(31) fixed on end of the connecting frame. The specimen collecting tube collects a specimen by being inserted into a deposit and operation of the operating unit. The specimen collecting tube includes an encapsulation device(50) to prevent leakage of the specimen collected at one side of the fixing member. A plurality of supporting frames(40) supports a bottom of the operating unit for inserting vertically into the deposit. The operating unit includes a spring, a pressing plate, a control hole, and an expansion control belt. The spring presses the piston to the bottom in the cylinder. The pressing plate transfers pressure of the piston while being connected to the bottom of the piston rod. The control hole is formed on a top of the cylinder to control an expansion speed of the spring by injecting water. The expansion control belt covers the control hole.
