MULTI-AXIS WIDE TAPPING MACHINE

A multi-axis wide tapping machine is provided to form a female screw or a hole at an end surface of a product through a single clamping process. A multi-axis wide tapping machine(100) includes a first tapping unit(10) having a tapping drill directed downward; a material clamping plate for clamping the material to be tapped by the tapping drill; an X-axis guide rail unit for transferring the first tapping unit in an X-axis direction on the material clamping plate; and a Y-axis guide rail unit for transferring the first tapping unit in a Y-axis direction on the material clamping plate. The X-axis guide rail unit includes a first guide plate for supporting the first tapping unit; two X-axis guide rail protrusions formed at both sides of the first guide support plate; a second guide support plate arranged on the material clamping plate; and two X-axis guide rail grooves attached onto the second guide support plate such that the two X-axis guide rail protrusions are inserted into the two X-axis guide rail grooves.
