A noise-free hydraulic breaker of a lower weight structure is provided to reduce noise and vibration by hitting the top of a chisel directly using a piston of the existing hydraulic cylinder, to make the bottom of an outer bushing support the ground at crushing work by coupling an outer pushing to the bottom of a hydraulic cylinder and keeping the inside diameter surface of an outer pushing and the outside diameter surface of a chisel at a certain distance and to prevent the scatter of dust by spraying water at crushing work using a water spray device. The invention relates to a noise-free hydraulic breaker of a low weight structure for transferring the hitting power by a piston directly to an object to-be-crushed through a separate type chisel by coupling a separate type chisel(10) to the bottom of a piston drew out from a hydraulic cylinder of a hydraulic breaker by using a coupler to be separable. The structure of the coupler comprises a female screw hole(12) formed on the base of the piston and a male screw thread(14) formed on the top of the separate type chisel for coupling the separate type chisel to the bottom of the piston by screwing, a primary key hole formed on the outside diameter surface of the piston and a secondary key hole formed on the outside diameter surface of the male screw thread for inserting keys(20) to keep the separate type chisel and the piston not to be unscrewed, hereon a rubber packing(22) is inserted to an opening of the primary key hole formed on the outside diameter surface of the piston to prevent the permeation of impurities after inserting the key. In addition, an outer pushing(24) is fixed to the bottom of a main body with the hydraulic cylinder at a certain distance from the outside diameter surface of the separate type chisel and composed of a coupling plate(26) formed on the upper part and a support(28) formed on the bottom of the coupling plate and extended downward, and a water spray device is installed between the inside diameter surface of the outer bushing and the outside diameter surface of the separate type chisel and composed of a water supply passage(34), a water supply hole(32), a water supply tank(36) and a water supply hose(38) to spray water to the object to-be-crushed and the surrounding ground and to cut off the scatter of dust, etc.
