PURPOSE:To form easily a coupling capacitance with high accuracy by mounting a dielectric substance to an inner conductor so as to form the coupling capacitance. CONSTITUTION:Input and output elements 11, 12 and an adjacent resonance conductor 8 are coupled more loosely in comparison with the design value. Then, the side face of the input and output elements 11, 12 is shaped flat and the face is faced to the adjacent resonance conductor. Further, a tuning element 9 is adjusted to adjust the resonance frequency of the entire filter. Dielectric substances 13, 14 are mounted on the shaped face finally. The dielectric substances 13, 14 are moved to find out a position where an optimum impedance is found out and then the dielectric substances 13, 14 are fixed. Thus, the design limitation is releaved and the optimum impedance is obtained easily with high accuracy. |
