A data driving unit, an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display using the same and a driving method thereof are provided to improve pixel charging speed by selectively supplying one of two gradation voltages to a pixel through a switching device. A data driving unit includes a first D/A(Digital/Analog) converting unit(300) for selecting two reference voltages from a plurality of reference voltages which are externally supplied corresponding to upper bits of a data, a second D/A converting unit(302) for dividing the two reference voltages into a plurality of voltages and outputting any one of the two reference voltages and the divided voltages corresponding to lower bits of the data. The first D/A converting unit includes a tenth switch and an eleventh switch which are turned on to output the two reference voltages. The second D/A converting unit includes a plurality of resistors for dividing the two reference voltages, a first switch group turned on corresponding to the lower bits of the data, and a second switch connected between one of the tenth and eleventh switches and an output terminal.
