A liquid ejection device with a valve unit is provided to provide a valve unit of very thin frame with the thickness of 1mm operating as a pressure-dropping valve. A liquid ejection device with a valve unit includes a laminate including a plurality of stacked plate members to form a flowing path. A valve opens and closes the flowing path while movable on the laminate. A driving unit generates driving power to operate the valve. The valve unit opens the flowing path based on the driving power from the driving unit. A transmitting unit is installed between the valve unit and the driving unit and transfers the driving power of the driving unit. The plate member includes a first plate member and a second plate member. The first plate member includes the driving unit. The second plate member includes a cavity as a part of the flowing path. The valve moves between a closing position closing the cavity and an opening position to open the cavity based on the driving power of the driving unit transferred through the transmitting unit.
