摘要 A manufacturing apparatus of a molded article with spherical structure in a casting mold is provided to manufacture a molded article with uniform spherical structure by applying vibration of ultrasonic waves to molten metal injected into sealed upper and lower molds of a molding part or rapidly cooling the molten metal. A manufacturing apparatus of a molded article with spherical structure in a casting mold comprises ultrasonic wave-vibrating means(1) connected to a cavity(115) formed between upper and lower molds(110,120) of a molding part to transmit ultrasonic wave vibration to molten metal injected into the cavity. The ultrasonic wave-vibrating means has a through hole(12) formed in the lower mold and connected to the cavity, and an ultrasonic wave-vibrating member(10) mounted on the lower mold and connected to the through hole. The ultrasonic wave-vibrating member comprises a body member(20) in which a charging space part(22) is formed, and an ultrasonic wave-generating part(30) formed on an upper part of the body member. The ultrasonic wave-generating part includes a vibration part(35) having an oscillator(32), a booster(33) and a horn(34), and a supporting part having a supporting member(36) and an elastic member(37).
