<p>Provided is a colored photosensitive resin composition, which leaves little residue after development in developing a pattern for forming a color filter for image sensors or various display devices. The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises: (A) a colorant; (B) a binder resin; (C) a photopolymerizable compound; (D) a photopolymerization initiator; and (E) a solvent, wherein the photopolymerizable compound comprises 2,2,2-tris(acryloyloxy)methylethyl phthalate. In the photopolymerizable compound, 2,2,2-tris(acryloyloxy)methylethyl phthalate is used in an amount of at least 10 wt%, and preferably of at least 30 wt%.</p> |
