An automatic stretching bed is provided to give effect of stretch to the whole body by repeatedly pulling wood rods in both directions at the same time using patient's arms and legs. The automatic stretching bed includes a drive motor(3) installed on a motor seating member(6) which is mounted on an inner portion of a bed frame(1) and having a pair of steel wires(5) connected to a rotation shaft(4), a pair of elastic rubber ropes(10) of which one end is tied up on one end of the steel wire and the other end is connected to a wood rod(14) and a rope length adjusting unit(13), and a pair of rubber rope seating frames(21) installed on both end portions of the bed frame by bolts(22), respectively.
