The invention relates to a pharmaceutically active substance preparation for producing a drug that is capable of generating thrombin or that contains thrombin. The inventive preparation is characterized by containing: (A) prothrombin (coagulation factor II) obtained from plasma or by genetic engineering, (B) coagulation factors V, VIII, IX, X obtained from plasma or by genetic engineering that at least partially may be present in their activated state, and coagulation factor XIa obtained from plasma or by genetic engineering, and (C) prion-safe, coagulation-promoting phospholipids, said phospholipids being optionally contained in liposomes. |
