A folding type fireproof door is provided to prevent the interference of a handrail or other moldings installed to one side of stairs of a building by operating in the right and left folding type on an entrance of a large-sized building and to reduce the loss of lives by letting people escape through an emergency door installed to one side of the fireproof door when a fireproof is closed automatically and an entrance is shut off in a fire. The folding type fireproof door comprises a primary door(100) installed in the opening and closing type to be movable by a hinge on a left side wall(10) of a building, a secondary door(200) coupled with the primary door to be foldable and movable by a hinge(150a), a third door(300) installed in the opening and closing type to be movable by a hinge on a right side wall(30) of a building, a fourth door(400) coupled with the third door to be foldable and movable by a hinge(150b), and a guide rail installed on an upper wall formed on the top of the left side wall and the right side wall to guide the secondary door and the fourth door which are installed to oppose to each other, wherein auto hinges(110,310) are installed on the bottom of the primary door and the third door to close up the doors automatically and rings(120,320) are installed on the surface of the primary door and the third door respectively, door releases(13,33) are installed on the left side wall and the right side wall to hold the rings of the primary door and the third door to prevent the movement of the doors at ordinary times to keep the doors opened, and auxiliary locking devices are installed on the top of the primary door and the third door to prevent the doors from opening by thermal deformation in a fire. In addition, an emergency door(600) is installed to the primary door by a spring hinge and provided with an emergency opening device(630) to let people press to open the door when the folding type fireproof door is closed to shut off an entrance in a fire. |
