An impurity substance removing apparatus of cooling water for a power generator is provided to pump seawater smoothly by preventing a screen network from being clogged with impurity substance. An impurity substance removing apparatus of cooling water for a power generator includes a first impurity substance removing unit(200) and a second impurity substance removing unit(300). The first impurity substance removing unit includes a first screen conveyer(201), a plurality of first bucket(202), a first power transmitting member(203), a first operating motor(204), a first box. The first screen conveyer is installed vertically so as to be rotatable in front of a seawater tank. The first buckets are installed at the first screen conveyer at uniform intervals. The first power transmitting member is connected to a top of the first screen conveyer. The first operating motor is installed at a top of the seawater tank to rotate the first power transmitting member. The first box is installed at an outside of the first screen conveyer for the first bucket to contain all the impurity substances. The second impurity substance remove unit includes a second screen conveyer(301), a plurality of second bucket(302), a second power transmitting member(303), a second operating motor(304), and a second box. The second screen conveyer is installed vertically so as to be rotatable in front of the seawater tank. The second buckets are installed at the second screen conveyer at uniform intervals. The second power transmitting member is connected to a top of the second screen conveyer. The second operating motor is installed at a top of the seawater tank to rotate the second power transmitting member. The second box is installed at an outside of the second screen conveyer for the second bucket to contain all the impurity substances.
