Clean energy is provided to create environment-friendly energy by using the clean energy for insulation and heating. A clean energy can be constructed in the basement of a new building or can insulate an old building. Rice straws(1) are stacked and compressed. Water is sprayed to the stacked rice straws. The straw rice straws are corroded and generate heat. A water supply system is connected to an excel hose(2) to use the temperature generating heat as a heating unit.
