A linear compressor is provided to prevent the efficiency lowering caused by a leakage flux and to increase an output power by minimizing the leakage flux and increasing a motor force constant. A linear compressor includes a linear compressing unit inside of a sealed container. The sealed container includes a bottom shell, a top shell, an injecting pipe, and a loop pipe. The top shell covers a top of the bottom shell. The injecting pipe penetrates the sealed container to inject a fluid of refrigerant gas into the sealed container. The loop pipe penetrates the sealed container and guides the fluid compressed at the linear compressing unit to an outside of the sealed container. The linear compressing unit includes a stator(S), a rotor(M), a mechanical unit(80), and a non-magnetic conductor(100) to minimize a leakage flux by generating an reaction flux for the leakage flux.
