A precast segment and a manufacturing method of a through bridge using the precast segment are provided to lower a clearance by applying compressive force on subordinate concrete using pre-tension and post-tension methods, and to shorten a period of construction and to secure construction quality by manufacturing precast segments in a factory and assembling simply in a construction site. The precast segment(10) for manufacturing a through bridge is formed by arranging a pair of steel girders(20) at regular intervals along the perpendicular direction of a bridge axis, connecting the lower parts of a pair of steel girders by frame reinforcements, tensioning and fixing strands in the perpendicular direction of a bridge axis using a pre-tension method and arranging sheath pipes(32) for a post-tension method in the direction of a bridge axis in the frame reinforcements, installing strand anchorage devices on two lower parts of the steel girder to tension and anchor the strands, and placing subordinate concrete(30) which forms a bridge deck of a through bridge on the lower part of the steel girder to form shear keys(33) laterally. The manufacturing method of a through bridge using the precast segment comprises the steps of carrying the manufactured precast segment to a construction site, installing a temporary frame(42) on a pair of piers(40) to install the precast segment in advance, installing many precast segments on the temporary frame to make each shear key engage with each other and connecting the side of the adjacent steel girder strongly by epoxy adhesives, inserting an unbonded strand to the buried sheath pipe, tensioning and anchoring, applying compressive stress using a post-tension method and integrating many precast segments which form one span completely, and removing the temporary frame, and then placing web concrete on the upper part of the steel girder selectively. |
