Transistor based on piezoelectric effect, according to this invention, has a novelty in that, that on the first conductive plate (M) is fixed the first piezoelectric frame (F), whereto is fixed the second conductive plate (G), and thereon is fixed the second piezoelectric frame (L), and thereto is fixed the third conductive plate (A), where the source (e1) of input alternating voltage signal is connected to a binding terminal (3) of the first conductive plate (M), and a source (E) of a direct pre voltage, which is connected in series to a serially connected condenser (C) and an impendance (Z), by means of a positively polarized ending connected to a binding terminal (1) of the third conductive plate (A), and by its negatively polarized ending connected to a binding terminal (3) of the first conductive plate (M), where the connection in series of a condenser (C) and an impendance (Z) is connected in paralel to a source (E) of a direct prevoltage.
