A three point type seat belt structure is provided to enable a passenger to feel a sense of stability and convenience by reducing a speed of an insertion of the seat belt through a compression holder. A three point type seat belt includes a loop(100), a belt inlet unit(110), a sliding guide(120), a seat belt(200), and a slip guide(300). The slip guide, which is inserted and is withdrawn with the seat belt, is installed inside the sliding guide which is installed inside the belt inlet unit of the loop. When the seat belt is inserted by the slip guide, a moving track of a tongue(220) and a mini tongue(230) is returned to evade an interference with a head part of the passenger. A moving roller(310) is installed inside the sliding guide, and moves to be returned. An end of a multi-joint arm(320) is connected to the moving roller. The multi-joint arm is inserted and withdrawn inside the sliding guide. A compression holder(330) is connected to the other end of the multi-joint arm. A webbing(210) of the seat belt penetrates the compression holder.
