An organic light emitting display device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming an insulation layer for insulating an anode and a cathode separation layer for separating the cathode in one process. Plural anode electrodes(21) are formed on an insulating transparent substrate(20). Plural cathode electrode separation layers(23) are formed on the anode electrodes to intersect the anode electrodes to separate the cathode electrode. An extension unit(23a) integrally extends from at least one side of the cathode electrode separation layers between the anode electrodes to electrically insulate the anode electrodes. An organic light emitting layer is formed on the anode electrode, and has first and second pattern regions corresponding to first and second pattern regions of the anode electrode. |
