An adhering apparatus of a delta cover for a vehicle to which a side mirror is attached includes a sensor(400), a solenoid portion(250), a switch unit, a guide rail, and a spring The sensor senses a wind speed. The solenoid portion is installed in the delta cover and operates by the sensor. When the wind speed sensed by the sensor is greater than a set value, the sensor operates the solenoid to adhere the delta cover to the door panel. The switch unit operates or stops the solenoid portion. The guide rail extends from an inner side of the side mirror to left and right directions. Both ends of the spring are engaged with a moving object and the side mirror. As the wind speed is reduced, the moving object is restored to an original position by the spring.
