Provided are a benzylideneaniline derivative for imaging beta-amyloid peptide plaques to diagnose or treat the disease derived from beta-amyloid peptide plaques such as Alzheimer's disease, a pharmaceutical composition for injection containing the derivative, and a method for preparing a 18F-labeled benzylideneaniline derivative. The benzylideneaniline derivative is represented by a formula 1, wherein R1 to R5 are independently H, a C1-C4 alkyl group or F, but at least one among R1 to R5 is F; and R6 to R10 are independently H, a C1-C4 alkyl group, OH, OCH3, NH2, NHCH3 or N(CH3)2, but at least one among R6 to R10 is OH, OCH3, NH2, NHCH3 or N(CH3)2.
