PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily discriminate the original channel of a multi-phenomenon signal, by respectively displaying each bright line of the multi- phenomenon signal by a dotted line, a broken line, one dot chain line or a two dots chain line. CONSTITUTION:Data such as a dotted line, a broken line, one dot chain line or a two dots chain line are stored in ROM3 and successively read by an ROM reading circuit 4 at every channel selecting signal to be applied to an analogue switch 2 while performing parallel series conversion. The analogue switch 2 is closed at a part where the line of each data is present and opened at a part where there is no line of each data. A brightness modulating signal, which is obtained by modulating a sweep signal for fabricating a bright line, to a cathode ray tube 1 is modulated and the bright line of each channel is shown by the dotted line, the broken line, the one dot chain line or the two dots chain line.
