A substrate aligning apparatus of a spin dryer is provided to prevent damage of a glass substrate by suppressing abrasion of a particular part thereof. A fixing bar(81) is connected to a supporting part of a spin dryer through a supporter. A first ring(82) is formed to cover an outer circumference of the fixing bar at an upper part of the fixing bar. A first screw(83) is formed to fix the first ring to the fixing bar. A second ring(84) is formed to cover an outer circumference of the fixing bar at a lower part of the fixing bar. A second screw(85) is formed to fix the second ring to the fixing bar. A roller(86) is rotatably installed to the outer circumference of the fixing bar between the first and second rings.
