An RFID system is provided to improve response by setting a threshold through parameter sweep to correctly detect a response signal dynamically generated according to an external condition including a distance between a reader and a tag. A threshold setting part(157) sets the threshold corresponding to the response signal and detects the response signal of the tag based on the set threshold to correctly detect the response signal of the tag. The threshold setting part sets the threshold through the parameter sweep by receiving the response signal from the tag and outputs the response signal of the tag based on the set threshold. The threshold setting part includes a reference voltage generator generating a plurality of reference voltage levels, and the plurality of comparators(157d) outputting the response signal having the reference voltage level by receiving the reference voltage levels and the received response signal of the tag.
