A semiautomatic sliding-type mobile terminal is provided to produce a slimmed mobile terminal by providing a simple structure having an elastic member and to cut down on the cost of production by removing an existing slide module structure and remarkably simplifying assembly and production processes. A semiautomatic sliding-type mobile terminal includes a lower slide(200), an upper slide(100), accepting parts(110), elastic members(120), elastic member connection parts(210), and a slide fixing part(300). The upper slide(100), arranged on one side of the lower slide(200), opens or closes the lower slide(200) through a relative sliding motion. The accepting parts(110) are formed parallel with the operation direction of the upper slide(100) on the lower side of the upper slide(100), which faces the lower slide(200). The elastic members(120) respectively are arranged in the accepting parts(110). One end of each elastic member(120) is installed at one inner side of each accepting part(110). The elastic member connection parts(210), arranged at the upper side of the lower slide(200), are inserted into the accepting parts(110). The other ends of the elastic members(120) respectively are mounted at the elastic member connection parts(210). The slide fixing part(300) comprises a fixing tool hole(310), a fixing tool(320), and a fixing tool insertion button(330). The fixing tool hole(310) is formed at either the lower slide(200) or the upper slide(100). The fixing tool(320) engages with the fixing tool hole(310) when it is ejected. When the fixing tool(320) is inserted, it is inserted into the other slide. The fixing tool insertion button(330), connected with the fixing tool(320), transfers the power to insert the fixing tool(320).
