An imaging lens in which various aberrations are corrected well and the optical length is shortened while ensuring back focus. An aperture stop (S1), a first lens (L1), a second lens (L2) and a third lens (L3) are provided and arranged sequentially in this order from the object side toward the image side. The first lens directing the convex toward the object side and the image side has positive refractivity. The second lens directing the convex toward the image side has meniscus-like negative refractivity. The third lens directing the convex toward the object side has meniscus-like negative refractivity. Opposite surfaces of each of the first, second and third lenses are nonspherical. |
