PURPOSE:To dispense with the liquid sending and injecting mechanism of a second antibody, by isolating a reagent container by a seal material into two parts and storing a first antibody in one part while storing the second antibody in the other part. CONSTITUTION:A reagent container is a bag like one having a large diameter part and a small diameter part and has flexibility. A seal material 3 ruptured by sufficiently weak force as compared to other parts is provided at the boundary of both parts 1, 2 to isolate both of them. In this case, glass or plastic beads 4 each having a first antibody applied to the surface thereof are stored in the part 1 while a second liquid antibody 5 is stored in the part 2. At the time of analysis, a liquid to be examined is injected into the part 1 and, thereafter, the part 2 is pressed to rupture the seal material 3. Whereupon, the second antibody 5 stored in the part 2 enters the part 1. By this mechanism, the liquid sending and injecting mechanism of the second antibody can be dispensed with. |
