PURPOSE:To shorten a wait time of the time of a rise by providing the first layer constituted of a heat-resistant resin having a mold releasing property against a toner on the surface, the second layer constituted of a heat-resistant and elastic resin provided on the inside of the first layer, and the third layer constituted of a porous elastic resin provided on the inside of the second layer, on the second rotating body. CONSTITUTION:As a fixing roller 1, a metallic roller 12 uses that which uses a hollow carbon steel roller of 30mm.phi and 1mm. pipe thickness, uses it has as a core bar, and has coated PTFE of 20-30mum as a surface coating layer 11 on the surface. Also, as one pressure roller 3, a roller which has coated a sponge layer 33 of HTV silicon rubber of 9mm. thick as the third layer on a core bar 30 of carbon steel of 10mm.phi, an elastic layer 32 of the HTV silicon rubber of 1mm. thick as the second layer on said layer, and a fluorine latex resin film 31 of 50mum thick as the first layer of the surface is used. To a fixing roller 3, that which is obtained by impregnating silicon oil having a viscosity of 10,000CS to a cleaning felt 53 having a heat resisting property is supplied, and an oil is supplied and also cleaning by the roller is executed. |
