An ultraviolet ray auto sterilizing system with a scratching type of brush washing device is provided to control the flow of inflow water more easily and to be maintained easily by comprising an ultraviolet ray lamp detachably. The ultraviolet ray auto sterilizing system includes a flow control portion, an ultraviolet ray sterilizing portion and a discharging portion. In the ultraviolet ray sterilizing portion(20), one or more quartz tubes(22) having an ultraviolet ray lamp(23) built therein are installed, and a washing unit for washing foreign materials attached to an outer circumferential surface of the quartz tube(22) and a moving unit for moving the washing unit are installed. The washing unit includes a brush and an elastic member.
