The computer sends personal details (P 40) of the participant (40) acting as a potential buyer, to the participant (10) acting as a potential vendor. The computer waits for the reception of a message indicating a permission of the participant (10) and extracts the purchase profile from a memory (3). The system allows to protect the privacy of all potential vendors and potential buyers, and to reduce risks of double costs or of temporary housing. The system can be accessed by using the Internet in a simple and easy manner. The system is capable of processing sales offer and buying offer in a simple and simultaneous manner, thus providing a minimum risk to each participant and providing an optimum return.
