摘要 PURPOSE:To realize the energy-saving continuous hot water supply utilizing latent heat for domestic use by a structure wherein heat exchange salt, the melting point of which is about 140 deg.C and which has eutectic composition mainly composed of potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate, is filled as heat accumulating material in a partition wall, which has a vent hole and is made of stainless steel or the like. CONSTITUTION:Heat exhange salt, the melting point of which is about 140 deg.C and which has eutectic composition mainly composed of potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate, is employed as heat accumulating material utilizing latent heat 7. The heat accumulating material 7 is filled in a partition wall, which is interposed between water and heat source and has a vent hole and is made of material standing to corrosion under operating temperature such as stainless steel of the like, in order to control the heat source to operate at the temperature within the safe temperature range of said heat accumulating material. In addition, a short pipe 8 for venting covered with a dust proof cap 8a is provided on the top plate 6a of a packed tank part 6 in order to cope with the volumetric change due to phase change, steam, which develops by the moisture inevitably existing in the salt during heating, and already- mentioned crached gas, which develops sometimes.
