The apparatus has a functional labial arch including a metallic arch (1) fitting right and left molar bands, and two labial tubes (3) fixed on each band to maintain each end of the metallic arch inside an internal hollow part. The molar bands include a labial clit for placing and fixing the tube. An adjusting unit adjusts the length of the labial arch for its adaptation to the growth of the maxilla. A lingual re-habilitation matrix has a dimension reversibly expandable by the action of a patient`s tongue.
