The set has hip implants each having a rod (12), a neck (14) and a truncated spherical head. An orthogonal mark has a main axis (Y`-Y) of the rod and another axis (X`-X) perpendicular to the former axis, where the axis (X`-X) passes via a support zone (22) of a cortical of the implant. Absolute value of coordinates of a center (C) of the head increases with a value of the thickness of the rod taken along the axis (X`-X).
