摘要 A microfluidic chip for aligning and separating particle is provided to align and separate the particle by making hydrodynamic interaction between the particle and a slanted obstacle using chaotic advection phenomenon as an energy source and separate the particle continuously without a fine flux control and a complicated channel structure. The microfluidic chip for aligning and separating particle comprises a slanted obstacle, which has a certain inclination to a primary flowing direction of a fluid, between an upper layer and a lower layer in a microfluidic channel, wherein the slanted obstacle has a height of smaller certain magnification than a total channel height of a fine flow path height.
