摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The nanostructured device (100) for making a biochip and an electronic memory, comprises a substrate (101), an intermediate layer (102), and a zone (103) consisting of multiple three-dimensional structured sites (104) made of semiconductor material to receive chemical species (106). The chemical species are fixed to the surface of the three-dimensional nanostructured sites by covalent bonds in which the three-dimensional nanostructured sites are equipped with a porous layer. The surface of the porous layer is equipped with chemical coupling functions. #CMT# : #/CMT# The nanostructured device (100) for making a biochip and an electronic memory, comprises a substrate (101), an intermediate layer (102), and a zone (103) consisting of multiple three-dimensional structured sites (104) made of semiconductor material to receive chemical species (106). The chemical species are fixed to the surface of the three-dimensional nanostructured sites by covalent bonds in which the three-dimensional nanostructured sites are equipped with a porous layer. The surface of the porous layer is equipped with chemical coupling functions. The intermediate layer is made of dielectric or insulation material. The three-dimensional nanostructured sites are separated from each other in which the sites are porous grains in a form of hemispherical/spherical. The porous grains have a diameter of 2-150 nm. The density of the porous grain on the intermediate layer is 10 6>-10 1> 2> cm -> 2>. The chemical species are covered with a dielectric layer. A conducting material layer is located at the top of the dielectric layer.
