A setting stand of an apparatus for collecting image information is provided to reduce setting cost and to maintain components of an image collection system collecting such as a CCTV, an image detector, and so on stably and easily. A setting stand of an apparatus for collecting image information includes supports(10,10a) of left and right sides, an image information collecting stand(20), and a collecting stand operating unit(30). The collecting stand operating unit is formed in the supports of the left and right sides so as to support the image information collecting stand. The image information collecting stand collects the image information by being axis-connected with the supports of the left and right sides and is axis-rotated by the collecting stand operating unit. The collecting stand operating unit supports the image information collecting stand and axis-rotates the image information collecting stand downward if necessary.
