The micro-coil has a stack of printed circuit boards (I), in which the adjacent boards are separated by an electrically insulating layer (E). Each board comprises a dielectric substrate (S) with two opposite surfaces. Conductors (P) are rolled in the form of a helix with a large number of turns and engraved on the dielectric substrate, where the distance separating the turns is less than or equal to the width of the conductor. Plated through holes electrically connect ends of the conductors placed on the two adjacent boards.
