PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and program for comparing element information, in which uniformity of element information can be determined for all pages in one site.

SOLUTION: The device includes: an element information acquisition means for acquiring element information matched with a predetermined narrowing condition from a plurality of pages in one predetermined site; a statistic analysis means for statistically analyzing the element information acquired by the element information acquisition means; and a list generation means for generating a list of results statistically analyzed by the statistic analysis means.
