<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a highly stable multilayer organic molecule photoelectric element, and a multilayer conjugate polymer photoelectric element by a simplified solution method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a multilayer organic molecule photoelectric element includes following steps: (1) A step in which a solution containing an organic molecule A is coated on a transparent base plate. (2) A step in which a solution containing a buffer agent is coated on a layer of the organic molecule A. (3) A step in which a solution containing an organic molecule B is coated on a temporary buffer layer. (4) A step in which the temporary buffer layer is removed arbitrarily.
