<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a biodegradable resin molding improved in flexibility, heat resistance, temperature sensibility and impact resistance with high productivity by a thermal molding method. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the biodegradable resin molding by the thermal molding of a sheet or film comprising a biodegradable resin composition containing a polylactic acid resin, a plasticizer and a crystalline nucleus agent and the biodegradable resin molding obtained by this manufacturing method, the biodegradable resin molding crystallized to 80% or above in a relative degree of crystallization is obtained by a process (1) for heating the sheet or film comprising the biodegradable resin composition to a temperature from the glass transition temperature (Tg) to below the melting point (Tm) of the biodegradable resin composition or to a temperature from Tm to (Tm+60°C) and a process (2) for thermally molding the sheet or film obtained in the process (1) at a mold temperature of 60-100°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
