PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air quantity control device capable of accurately detecting clogging coefficient indicating degree of clogging of an intake pipe even if friction of an internal combustion engine and an accessory change. SOLUTION: A device detecting degree of clogging of the intake pipe based on disturbance component identified from an intake pipe model and controlling intake air quantity to the internal combustion engine is provided. The device is provided with an intake air quantity detection means detecting intake air quantity, a throttle valve opening detection means detecting opening of a throttle valve provided on the internal combustion engine, an identification means modeling the intake pipe of the internal combustion engine and identifying disturbance component of the model, and a clogging coefficient calculation means calculating clogging coefficient indicating the degree of clogging of the intake pipe of the internal combustion engine based on the identified disturbance component.
